By downloading, installing, or using Megaphone ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

Megaphone is an AI-powered iOS application designed to help creators write, rewrite, and refine short-form video scripts. The App provides tools for script generation, smart rewriting, audio transcription, pattern extraction, and quick wizard scripts. Features may change as we continue to develop and improve the platform.

3. User Accounts

Megaphone does not require an account for its core workflow at launch. If optional account-based features are introduced later, you agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Megaphone Pro is available as an auto-renewing subscription. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use the App to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or its underlying services
• Use automated systems to access the App without permission

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you create using the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

Our Content: The App, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

7. AI-Generated Content

The App uses artificial intelligence to assist with script writing, rewriting, and transcription. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all content before use. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is free from errors, biases, or intellectual property issues.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
